Ensemble Mania and Cedar Collective presented an all-Australian concert program in April 2026, performing in both Naarm/Melbourne and Nipaluna/Hobart. Featuring works by Jaslyn Robertson, Anne Cawrse, Maria Grenfell, Dominic Flynn and Paul Stanhope, the program showcased the richness of Australian composition through music that was bold, expressive and deeply connected to place. The project reflected our commitment to championing Australian voices and bringing contemporary chamber music to audiences across the country.
Works performed:
JASLYN ROBERTSON Aerobatics (2017)
ANNE CAWRSE Skittled (2015)
MARIA GRENFELL Silhouettes (2023)
DOMINIC FLYNN Mill (2021/5)
PAUL STANHOPE Dancing with Strangers (2004)
Presented in collaboration with the Salamanca Arts Centre.
This project was made possible by the Australian Government Regional Arts Fund, which supports the arts in regional and remote Australia.
